Today I went in for my appointment at the Atascocita location and I must say the experience was absolutely great! It started with a warm welcoming from the receptionist who I did not catch her name, and it continued with the nurse assistant Carolyn who was very comforting and explained everything perfectly before doing anything as well as the treatment options before the doctor even came into the room which was also very good. I did not feel rushed by her when explaining the issues I was currently having which was an ingrown toenail that was badly hurting me. Next Dr. Mactavish came in and he was also great very easy to talk to and understanding of my current issues, I did not feel rushed explaining myself and he was very thorough on my treatment options as well as the follow up plan. They both did a great job to make sure the procedure done was painless and the patient care was absolutely outstanding! I know for any future foot problems in the future this will be my place of choice and I recommend to anyone looking for or needing a podiatrist give this place a try!
