  Absolutely recommend 180Cryo. On my first visit I wanted to try everything so, after touring the facility, Nicole prepared me for my first freeze explaining in detail exactly what she was going to be doing to help me enjoy my first time. I survived but wasn't sure what the results were until after sitting down to get dressed...upon standing I realized that after two knee replacements it was the first time I didn't have any pain upon standing up. Next, Nicole explained it would take 10-15 minutes to prepare the Hocatt machine so off to the Normatec area we went...I did the hip and thoroughly enjoyed the deep massage. Then on to the Hocatt. Again, after thoroughly explaining the procedure and what to expect I got into the machine...Nicole did a short run so that I wouldn't be surprised and we started the 30 minute session which consists of heating, steam, aromatherapy and stimulation. A very soothing and invigorating experience.

  I have heard a lot about cryo, so I decided to try it. It is really cold but they talk you though it. She gave me a count down which helped a lot! I felt a boost of energy, and I actually think my knee pain was less. They recommend three times to know how you will respond. They also have compression therapy which felt great!!! I'm going back!!!
