(November 6, 2018, 9:26 am)As mundane as it is to simply rent and use a storage service, I've got to say that Austin has gone out of his way to make our experience exceedingly pleasant and worry free. He has always been very professional and yet still personable. Very quick and informative when handling our questions/concerns. If we ever have storage needs in the future, this place will be our go-to, because of the incredible service at this location.
(November 2, 2018, 12:07 pm)I’ve been a customer for over a year at this facility. Let me say that there a many choices in the area for storage for the same competitive price. However, for me the determining factor for this location is the cleanliness and the exceptional customer service of Austin the property manager. This gentleman is extremely professional, courteous, willing to help at a drop of a dime! Austin is the x-factor and brings value to this storage location. If you’re looking for a spot your things. It is worth stopping by! You won’t be disappointed.
(October 29, 2018, 4:11 pm)Metro Mini Storage has become SmartStop Storage. I hope the customer service remains the same under the new ownership. Austin always took great care of me when it was Metro, and hopefully he stays on with SmartStop. Austin is one of the main reasons I have stayed a customer of Metro as long as I have. He enforces the rules like he is supposed to, but he does it in a professional and pleasant way. And, he's always very helpful when I come in to the office needing assistance. Thanks Austin!
