This was much better than the Lenny's that used to be in my neighborhood where customer service seemed random. I guess it all depends on the franchise owner. I think I've had 4 different sandwiches here and they are good but not great. Maybe I will find a great one on some visit. You do get a choice of sandwich size from 5 inches to 15 inches. This also one of the few sandwich shops you can get chicken salad.
