I went in for my state inspection and was out quicker than I ever would have expected. These guys are great, very friendly and super helpful. Someone suggested the. When I was at Walmart and they wouldn’t install the battery they’d just sold me...said it was to involved and their guys couldn’t do it. I went to The Shop and they installed it for free...I’ve been going back ever since!
I walked in 30 minutes prior to closing and asked if they were able to do a vehicle inspection. They said yes and knocked it out in 20 minutes. The person behind the counter was very friendly, professional and accommodating. They earned our business and we'll take all future car repairs to The Shop.
I had stopped by another business earlier and they couldn't do it because they "were going home soon". They still had an hour before closing. They did us a favor and we found The Shop!
Great service!! My favorite place to take my car. Tim at the shop was so helpful. He honestly tells you a prioritized list of things that need to happen now and what can wait until later. They also took the time for fix my windshield washers while they were doing my brakes.
Tim and the guys at The Shop did an amazing job for me. These are some honest mechanics who deliver what they promise. They helped me finish a job that another shop more than doubled the estimate on. Cannot say enough good things about this group of guys.
Tim was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable when I brought my car in, and did everything possible to get me out for free. I ended up not even needing to use his service, because it turned out the issue was on recall, but his response was that he "loves it when his customers can get out for goose egg (free)."
I may not need him now, but you can bet he earned my patronage the next time anything goes wrong with my vehicles!
