Received great help picking out my scrubs. Only place I get my scrubs because they have all the brands and they're friendly and helpful.
This review is solely based on the customer service I experienced, not the store's merchandise. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Sarah while she was working with a customer in the store. As soon as she was available I was helped with the catalog (Landau Women was not in stock) and she was so helpful and patient and even helped me find sizes that would match Landau's sizes to order online. She gave me great customer service! Can't wait for the online order to come in to try in 4-5 business days!
I am a first time customer so I thought I would call the store and see if all of my questions could be answered and to my satisfaction they were. I was helped by Sarah who was kind, patient, informative, and professional. She made me feel like I was the only customer she was serving. Believe me I had a dozen questions and she not only answered them but explained to me about the discounts, shoes, ordering online for my size and more. She even recommended another Scrubs, ETC store that may have had part of what I needed just in case. I am impressed and feel confident now to get to this store and make my purchases.
