  I came to get my hair cut/fixed because last year a different place messed it up. The woman that cut my hair was super nice and gave me extra tips on how to keep my hair healthy.She also answered all of my questions. I want hopefully go back soon to color my hair. Lural is a great hair stylist.

  Possibly the nicest ulta I've been to, it's recently renovated due to the flood but they carry most of those limited release brands and items. So it's really my favorite store to check.

  Everything is well organized inside the store. They have make up ranging from drug store brands to prestige brands. Customer service is quite excellent. Overall this store is great.

  I've always like coming to this ulta but today the manager show great customer service this morning. We were looking for a cologne that was on display and the manager looked not only the the bottom draws of the cologne display but even went to the back to see if they had it in stock. Unfortunately they didn't have it but kindly asked if we would like to order it through the store and he'll ship it to our our address but instead we found a cologne gift set. I purchase two of the gift sets and he was even nice enough to override an extra gift with purchase (you can only receive one gift with purchase per transactions) so I can use the 20% off coupon on both the items. I didnt get his name but for sure he was wearing a Xmas tie.

  I always go to the salon to get my hair done and Leo does a FANTASTIC job. He is a dream to talk to and he is excellent at his craft. He is a member of the Ulta design team and is doing hair shows and fashion shows all the time.
  
  Betty is also Amazing! She did my mothers hair and did such a fantastic job. She is another really talented artist and she has the best personality.
