  What I don't like is they put all the shopping baskets on the mall entrance side of the store. That is just not good customer service if I'm coming from the parking lot entrance I have to walk all the way through the store to the mall entrance and then walk back to the parking lot entrance to the magazines which is buy the parking lot entrance. This I was told was a decision made by the head office. Which leads me to know that they are not thinking about the customer shopping experience. The good thing was that the Magazines were buy 1 get 1 half off and that's the only reason for the for 5 stars. Otherwise I would give them a 2 because of the shopping baskets.

  I like this bookstore because it has besides of the big variety of books also magazines toys and other stuff to buy. It is easy to find what you need. Inside barnes & noble there's a Starbucks where you can grab a coffee and read a book.

  In this age of technology it is more important than ever to support bookstores. This location has a fantastic staff that is both helpful & knowledgeable. Always great sales at this location.

  The B&N has the best cafe; staff is awesome and food is great. The entire store is full of friendly and helpful employees. Selection is great and if they don't have what you want they will order for you or suggest an alternative.
