Brake Check

The service here is spectacular! These guys aren’t after your money, they’re after your specific needs, even if it costs them. They go above and beyond to make sure you’re taken care of the right way. Specifically, Mahmoud has always been top notch. This guy is the real deal, always giving you the hard truth. Like I said, even if it means he’ll lose business. He just wants to make sure you’re taken care of. I only go to this guy at Brake Check and I would pay more if it meant only working with these guys that’s how good they are. Anthony is also very diligent and hard-working. Always making sure the customer is taken care of and that all your needs are met! All-around great staff & great company!

Great experience!
This was my first time ever going to a Brake Check service place and I was very happy with my experience.
Everything was a quick, smooth process from booking the appointment online to how fast my car was done.
I was greeted when I walked in, they were very kind, explained everything so I understood, gave me a fair and accurate estimate, I was told it would maybe be an hour / hour and half and it was done in less than 45 minutes! FANTASTIC JOB!

I will return again for any future services, and highly recommend it to others! 🙂

I only have good things to say [so far]. Previously, they replaced front brake pads, resurfaced the rotors and recently replaced a sheared off wheel bolt [someone else's fault]. Reasonably priced

Polite and attentive, fast turnaround time. Clean facilities [lobby smelled like cinnamon today] and for the ladies, a clean bathroom!

The first time I went to any Brake Check was about a year ago when a dealership said that I needed my brake pads and rotors replaced. I was told by the BC employee that my pads were still good. I decided based on the Humble, TX employee’s honesty I would use them if I needed a brake job. Last week my wife’s Lexus needed new brakes on all 4. Great job, great value, and great customer service. I don’t know if all BC’s are like the Humble, TX location, but I will use them again.

👏👏 This location does an amazing job this is my 3rd time coming here, this time I brought my husband’s Trail Boss for service. It was for an alignment and tire rotation these guys definitely know how to treat customers and prioritize the urgent needs. All the employees are honest, hard working, friendly, great communication, and product/service knowledgeable! They have great pricing that won’t break your bank!
