  The wait time at the service desk was always an issue when I would come to pickup online orders. They've managed to correct that by revamping their service/returns area. It flows much better but could still use more staffing in that area. I did manage to send a review of their courteous staff though. They're always pleasant and helpful. Also kudos in the paint department. Excellent service!! ????

  Now this store should be the standard for ALL Home Depot stores. I placed an order online for pick up. Even though I arrived early and my order was not yet filled, the staff went out of their way to pull it themselves off the floor to complete my order. This shows me that they understand my time is valuable and went above and beyond to appreciate my purchase. Way to go Humble Home Depot! Keep up the good work and good training with your employees. It shows you have pride in your store and location.

  This place was very busy and employees were still nice. The lines started backing up and they opened more. They also have a bunch of electric carts for people that can't walk. It was a life saver for me, because I injured myself.

  we went in looking for clear plastic that we could cut and turn into a very tiny aquarium for a calculus project for school. When we got back to the area where we suspected we would find it we couldn't find anybody to help us look for it so we assumed it first that it was unavailable. Once we wander around the store and found somebody to help us out we were able to get the supplies we needed so we're able to get the project done in a timely fashion. Of course, it's hard not to leave without picking up some new tools, extra pieces of wood, etc.

We had been working with another Organization for close to 3 months and they were not nearly as helpful as how helpful the Home Depot employees were in just a short period of time.
