(February 5, 2019, 10:40 am)The Parking Spot has figured it out. Download the app to your phone and use it to make reservations and check in and out. Super easy. Courteous and convenient. Never had to wait more than a few minutes for a shuttle to pick me up at the terminal. You guys rock! Thanks!

(February 4, 2019, 3:36 pm)From check in to leaving the parking lot was a wonderful experience. Everything is easy to navigate, the shuttles are very prompt even when getting back to your vehicle. As long as you save your confirmation email and the parking ticket that is given to you when you board the shuttle, I don't see there possibly being a problem with using this company. I've used it before and will definitely use it again.

(January 15, 2019, 7:52 am)The people at the gate were very friendly and helpful at a stressful time of year. The driver's were also very courteous and went out of their way to assist in loading and offloading bags. The time it took from the Parking Spot to the terminals was also quick and efficient. The bottled water on the way out was a nice touch.
