  I can not recommend Chelsey Carlson at Serna enough! She has been such an asset. When I totaled my car she helped me every step of the way. Last month a tree fell through my window and she answered my phone call at 10 o’clock at night and helped me then. She always goes above and beyond to get me the best coverage at the best rate possible!

  Serna Insurance will have my business for as long as I am in need of insurance. I recently had a situation where my insurance provider was very slow and apathetic in taking care of my claim. I called Luke Doebele at Serna and Luke jumped on the situation. Not only did he get my insurance provider to take care of my claim min a timely manner, he also made sure that a manager called me to find out about my experience with the company to avoid any issues with future customers. Thank you Luke, and thank you Serna. It truly is comforting to know that you are being taken care of when unexpected things take place.

  Hailey was the agent who originally started my policy. Her customer service was amazing. When it came time to add my new car and renew my policy, Katie went above and beyond to get me the best rate possible. I called in one day when I realized the insurance cards were expired ans spoke with Ivy. I explained what I needed and within a few minutes she had them to me. Everyone at Serna's office has been helpful and so nice. Will definitely continue to be a customer for a long time.
