Dr. Sims and her staff educate you on what is going on with your mouth keep you in-the-loop as far as what type of dental care plan options are possible. One of the best things besides the expertise, customer service & professionalism, is how open they are about the cost of the treatment plans. Front desk staff was nice and friendly, the nurse (Sharon) who did my eye test before seeing the Dr was very upbeat & thorough, lastly Dr. Chen himself was amazing. He took his time with my visit from start to finish, ensuring that he got the perfect prescription for both my contacts and glasses. “We have used this dentist for the past 5 years and we have NEVER had a problem. They were able to see us immediately when my son chipped his front tooth at school and they were able to fix it. We love the option to watch a movie to help the kids and adults relax. The staff has always been very nice and helpful when needed. The ladies at the front desk & the two ladies in the back we’re sweet & knowledgeable! Dr. Sanchez was simply AMAZING! She was straight to the point when discussing anything with us concerning our child. This was his 1st dental visit (He’s 1!) She smiled,sang and played with him! So, I feel contributing to the positivity is the best way to give back. I felt comfortable and wasn’t in anyway uncomfortable with my visits.
