“Okay, I’m deleting my old review (which was in favor of Advenir) in order to give a new review! So I’m giving this place 5 stars! (Previously 4) My lease is coming up for renewal and I’m SAD to say I won’t be renewing, but NOT because something is wrong BUT because I purchased a House! Let me start of by saying this, the staff...guys the staff are really nice and helpful! They just make you feel welcome and you never feel rushed or under valued. The units are very nice looking, I love their setup. Maintenance is fast if you ever have issues. Overall my stay here has been a pleasing experience. I’m sure my departing process will be just as pleasant and smooth. I 100% recommend this community as your next home! You won’t regret it ????????”

“Love these apartments!!! I went to visit someone there and I loved how nice and updated the appliance, floor, and counter tops were. I waited about 3 weeks and called the office and spoke with Alicia.(I'm not sure if i'm spelling it right) She was awesome, very nice, had wonderful customer service and made me want to lease there even more. Alicia set up an appointment for me to view a model and she was even better in person. Even though the apartment was a bit pricey, I would've sacrifice my budget to move there because Alicia made me feel like I was at home. Very comfy and quiet. Also LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE all the cool amenities that came with the apartments. Currently haven't found no where else better so I will be coming to apply soon. THANKS Alicia You're Awesome!!!!!!!”

“I have been living here since June and I love it. The staff is always friendly and helps me solve my problems. They are willing to negotiate when you’re in bind. Repairs and maintenance are done quickly- usually the next day after I call. It’s also clean and quiet! The only reason I don’t give 5 stars is because parking outside my building is sometimes limited. Overall I am very pleased and will likely renew my lease.”
