“My experience was fantastic. I was initially attracted to the facility because the rate was lower than other nearby parking facilities. The lot was covered, and upon my arrival the attendant directed me to the location of some open spots and radioed the driver to come to that row to pick me up. On my way back, the shuttle was there waiting when I arrived, which was unexpected. When I got to my car, the battery was dead due to a light that got left on in my car. They proceeded to bring a charger to jump the car and even provided some water bottles while we waited, all free of charge. Workers were friendly and helpful.”

“We actually arrived around the shift change was about to happen & the guy working that shift was so nice helpful & excited. The shuttle driver was there as well & he was also very persuasive that had we had anywhere to go while in town I'm sure we would have taken the shuttle even having our own vehicle available to us. Also the overnight clerk was very polite funny & helpful when I had to be doing my laundry in the middle of the night. From what I could see the staff is without a doubt a good group of people.”

“My husband and I have made this our place to stay when traveling. We always make sure to visit the bar and spend time with Tabitha, In fact we schedule our trips to make sure she is working. She has made us feel like family. The bar itself is a friendly environment and the food has always been so wonderful. I love their burgers they are the best!!! “I was looking for a reasonable/cheap minivan rental for a family of 5 vacation, found a deal through Hotwire with ace rental car ps: it is AVR (airport van rental) but they use ace facility .after I read the reviews I was afraid of the worst I called the day before and confirmed with Melba she gave me the procedure and what to do once we collect bags. I called after we got the bags a nice lady answered and said the shuttle will turn right back just give it a 10 minutes and it was nice clean ford transit shuttle Atelier hotel sign on so when you call make sure to get the description and the exact door 115A,the driver was very polite and helpful we got to the facility we found hour car ready by the mIn lobby entrance nice clean 2018 grand caravan new tires and full tank of gas sign the papers did walk around for any damages and got on my way . And because of the cold weather in Chicago (vortex week) my flight got canceled so I called to extend an extra day they were so helpful and got a break in the price. They close at 4:00 pm so if you have kids or big group drop them off at airport first and one person can mange the way back . I got a hotel room across the street so I dropped the key in after hours box and walked .thank you guys for making it easy and stress free My advice especially for families plan ahead do your homework .”
