  My experience with Loan Star Chevrolet has me rethinking the way I think about dealerships. I have always thought that they dealerships in general are just no good crooks out to get your money no matter the cost. Not so at Loan Star Chevrolet. I met with Ian Jackson, who is a super all around salesman, told him what I wanted, and by the end of the week, I had a rare, hard to find truck that fit my needs perfectly. What I liked about dealing with Loan Star Chevrolet the most is that there is no real need to haggle with the prices of their vehicles. I received a great deal on my truck and felt I was treated fairly through the end of the deal when I signed the papers. I look forward to dealing with them again on my next vehicle purchase.

  Actually, my expectations are high, and Mr Duffy provides the needed service information in an easy to understand manner. It is my wish to keep our 2016 Equinox in a "Like New" condition, and so far that has been accomplished. Much appreciated.

  He made our visit to Lone Star Chevrolet a pleasant experience for my husband and I. The service was excellent from the entrance of the dealership to the F&I and signing of the contracts. Very satisfied with the 1 hour and 45 minutes stay at LoneStar. Will continue to do business in the future.

  I found the experience wonderful-probably the most enjoyable car buying experience I have had in the last 30 years. The staff did not pressure me. They made me feel like they were there to help me. The whole process took longer than I would have liked - about 5 hours. The main delay was waiting for the finance department which was busy. Overall, the process went smoothly and was as enjoyable as a car buying experience can be.
