  Happy with my recent experience at this office, I arrived at around 3:15pm on Friday to request a replacement SS card, logged in at the terminal, got my ticket and sat in the waiting area. The posted closing time is 4pm and I was half expecting them to ask all the people still waiting to leave, but to their credit they only stopped letting people come in at 4pm and then continued to process the remaining customers. I was called to the window at around 4:10pm, the staff member was polite and efficient and I was on my way about 5 minutes later. This office seems to be quite new and the waiting room was clean and presentable.

  My visit was on 1/17/19. I would like to express my deep appreciation to Mr. Rodriguez for his excellent service to get my benefit application expedited. As for the facility itself, it has a very nice atmosphere, clean and orderly.

  Best experience I’ve ever had in a government facility. I was worried it would be similar to the DPS but it is NOT. Very efficient! Very quick and the staff is veryyyyy very nice!! I spent maybe 20 minutes, or even less, in there waiting to replace my social security card. The guy who assisted me was very friendly, he made sure I actually knew what he was talking about and he got me outta there quick! I definitely recommend coming here for any social security needs!

  AMAZING EXPERIENCE! I was a little afraid from all of the comments. Very clean and nice facility. Security guard was awesome and joked with me and smiled! I got there about 9:30 and was out in 15 minutes. When they call your name it is loud enough ...can’t miss it, so don’t worry! I was there for a replacement social security card. Went in on the side entrance that said card center. The guard gave me the form I needed and it went quick. Employee I got was very nice. If your replacing a social security card for your child bring your child with his school ID. Bring shot records WITH A STAMP ON IT FROM DOCTORS OFFICE** do NOT just print it out online and think that will be ok. You have to get the stamp from doctors office. My doctors office mailed it to me in the mail stamped, so if you have a few days to wait for it in the mail, then I would do that to save a trip to doctors office. Treat the staff politely* remember they control if they are willing to bend over backwards for you!

I was left the telephone number 253-333-8277 for the return call. I went to my local SSA office and was advised the SSA uses groups around the US to handle online queries.
