  Please Google "Steven's Auto Sales" reviews, check Facebook, he is a scammer, scammed me, a long list of others, his dealership rolls back odometers, I bought a truck from him on October 23rd Monday with 160k miles, he bought from auction 4 days before with 240k miles, I have all proof and taking legal actions.

  BUYER BEWARE! Steven's Auto Sales at 19144 West Little York is selling cars with the odometers rolled back and possible flood damage. He advertises cars with low mileage and no flood damage. We purchased a truck from him on October 28th. I admit, we should have knew something was off when he didn’t provide a car fax report like other dealerships I have worked with in the past have done. Truck broke down next day. Called him to let him know. Stated he would call back regarding sending his mechanic. No call back. We fixed it a couple days later. Truck breaks down a week later. That’s when we pulled the car fax report. He sold the truck with 160000 miles on the odometer. Carfax shows that the truck has 240000 miles on September 22, 2023!!! No flood damage. Thank goodness. Told him this. That’s when he admitted to not pulling reports. Then how did you know there was a discrepancy in the mileage (we unfortunately signed a paper stating this). How can you tell people there is no flood damage if you aren’t pulling the reports. But in the text he said he didn’t know it had been rolled back and that you didn’t pull the report…. We asked if he can show us documentation that he purchased the truck with the odometer already rolled back so we can go after the right people, he told my husband he “couldn’t find the paperwork”. Yea ok…😒
  
  Found out , thanks to Nextdoor, truck was purchased from auction with 240,899 miles on October 19th and posted on Facebook by him for sale on October 23 with 160,000 miles.
  
  We had our mechanic look at the truck and the engine needs to be replaced.
  We have contacted lawyers. But so far no luck because
  1. the paper regarding odometer discrepancy. 😞 OR
  2. Costs were too high.
  
  Thanks to Nextdoor again, I found that we can do most work ourselves (no lawyer) since this considered a small claims. I hope he goes to jail though as it is illegal to roll back the odometer period. And with such a short time when it was at 240000 to
