(August 6, 2017, 1:07 am)Very impressed. Katie was very personable and professional. The facility was spotless as well as very safe and secure. The rates were very reasonable as well. The location was convenient and easy to get in and out of. They even provide a quality lock for the unit! Would highly recommend.

(February 11, 2017, 10:34 am)There's not enough I can say about this storage and it's employees. I just started renting a unit this past January, but this location has been outstanding. I went to the 529 location and I couldn't get the lady behind the desk to show me any units. She wouldn't leave her seat to even shake my hand. So I was discouraged about trying the other location (mind you I'm moving to the neighborhood right in front of the 529 location). Me and my wife walk into this location and Katie greeted us right away. With no hesitation she showed us a list of the prices and showed us multiple units. She is the reason we signed up at this location. Even on her day off Katie let me use the moving truck and switched my storage unit because the one I picked was too small for my stuff.
As I said there's not enough I can say about this place. Katie has been beyond helpful and Krista was sweet and nice the day I met her. The staff is great and the storage units are perfect and clean!
