  Great experience so far. Management is very responsive, you just have to give them a chance. I always follow-up just to make sure they know about my request. They are only human. We had an issue regarding a repair when we first moved in, but the maintenance team showed an interest in resolving it. Nicholas was in charge & he is a great listener. During business hours & on Saturday you can walk into the office and someone is always available to answer any questions you have. Freddy has helped us with everything from urgent issues to answering simple questions about the muffins by the coffee. One of the reasons we went with Luxe is that it doesn't feel or look like a typical apartment. It almost feels like a house. With that being said, the staff doesn't go around "policing" tenants. The pool is almost always open, and kept clean; so are the amenities (I.e. 24 hour gym). At the end of the day we are still renting & from that perspective it can seem like we are throwing money away instead of investing it in a house that we own. My only advice to management is to remain cognizant of this point of view. For many of us, this is not just an apartment that we are temporarily leasing, but a home. So far, the staff has done a good job at making us feel at home & treating us as they would like to be treated if they were us. Our plan is to stay here until we are ready to buy a house. We don't plan on moving to another apartment any time soon.
