I went in at 8:30 with different symptoms... Within 10 min I was in the back already being seen and taken care of. This is one of the BEST urgent cares to go too!!! Friendly staff & fast at their job! I thought I'd be there all night but was in and out within an hour. Would highly recommend this place & will definitely be back if needed!!!

I've visited here twice before for both of my Son's school physicals. This particular visit, I made an appointment online to see the doctor for an illness that I was experiencing. The process was simple and bypassed a lot of time by completing the forms online.

When I arrived, I checked in from my phone and waited no more than 15 minutes before being called into the patient rooms. The staff and Doctor on duty was professional and knowledgeable. I recommend this facility.

The Doctor’s diagnosis was accurate, and the treatment plan prescribed was both effective and efficiently administered. The doctor took the time to explain the details of the diagnosis and treatment, addressing our concerns with patience and clarity. I also had someone call me back after some days to check up on my daughter. Truly heartwarming! I highly recommend this Clinic.

The office was clean, the staff was kind and very helpful. The doctor was efficient but thorough and available to answer all my questions. I received a follow up call to check on me after 2 days. That is something that I’ve never experienced and really appreciated.

I scheduled the last minute appointment online the morning of for my child. My husband was able to get her in and seen timely. The scheduling process was super easy to do and I was able to load all the required info in less that 10 minutes. The pre check in process was great too. They were even willing to review her pediatricians previous note without disregarding their findings (which sometimes doesn't happen at all). The staff was very efficient and kind as well, and for me that makes a big impression since I too work in the medical field. Even the OPP cost was less that other urgent care facilities we've had to take our kids to before. Definitely will be going here again if needed. And we will be recommending them to others
