  I will be honest, when my boyfriend started with CrossFit JWD I was nervous and didn’t want to join. He convinced me to come just once… Johan was so helpful. I didn’t know anything on my first day and Johan spent majority of the class 1 on 1 helping me learn the proper movements and form. I cancelled my other gym membership shortly after that and don’t miss a day at CrossFit unless I HAVE to! I love the small family atmosphere. I have made some great friends and really hit a bunch of my fitness goals with CrossFit JWD!! 10/10 would recommend working out with Johan

  Johan is a great coach! One of the things I really enjoy about his training is how well he teaches technique! He did a two for one for myself and daughter! She started CrossFit with me at 10 years old and she’s killing it! I’m a proud mama! Also it doesn’t matter if it’s your first day at CrossFit Johan always make everyone feel welcome!

  Coach Johan is awesome! Before any exercise he demonstrates and goes over each movement in detail so we know what we are doing. Also, he gives us other options if we don’t know how to do a certain movement so everyone is able to participate in a class. Hands down one of the best CrossFit places around!

  I am completely new to CrossFit and this has been an amazing experience. The coach breaks down all the movements and has you work through them prior to the workout so you know you are doing it safely and correctly. It is a great workout and everyone is very helpful and supportive. I would recommend this to anyone trying to live a healthier and active lifestyle!

  CrossFit JWD met me right where I’m at in my fitness journey. Through a mix of strength training, mobility and cardio, I’m in the best shape I’ve ever been in, and growing in strength and endurance daily. CrossFit JWD is a great place for anyone to start and/or continue their fitness goals/journey. Each movement can be modified, which I think is super important as the coaches focus on form to protect joints and help reduce injury. Also, I love the community and working out with others! If you’re looking for a great community of friends who love fitness, CrossFit JWD is the spot for you. Come check it out, we’d love to see you!
