  LOVE LOVE LOVE. I heard about infrared saunas when I went through back pain and surgery and tried it. It was amazing how it made me feel. The stress relief is also amazing. I feel amazing after a workout. If you haven’t tried it you must!!

  I recently joined Hotworx about a month ago (more/less), but I love it! The staff and and Chelsea are all super nice and helpful! I make a point to come 4x a week and have already seen some results. Thank you, Hotworx!!

  I just joined HOTWORX today but I'm already in love! I went in for a free initial session, tired from my work day, and after 30 mins of pilates/row I feel energized and invigorated. I love the automation aspect and convenience, and the heat feels so good in getting my blood flowing. 24 hr access with complete control of my experience is a new standard for me! I felt very comfortable, secure, and well informed by Chelsea.
