  John Bar did an absolutely amazing job making sure that I understood all of my options when purchasing my new AC system. He made himself available throughout the installation process and checked back after my new system was installed to make sure that everything met my expectations.

  When my air conditioner suddenly went out, I called American Comfort Solutions due to it’s high rating and multiple reviews. I was treated with respect from the initial call with Martin helping me set up an appointment all the way through to installation and system inspected. They quickly sent me a professional text message with the technician’s picture, information, and qualifications. We could not have asked for a more respectful and knowledgeable technician. Mr Jefferson showed up exact when he was expected and was able to let us know what issues we had with our A/C unit. With 19 years worth of experience he made us feel comfortable and confident that the information we were being given was truthful and accurate. We will be recommending American Comfort Solutions and Mr. Jefferson to our friends and family.

  Hello I had an issue with my air conditioner. I called American Comfort Solutions and got excellent service! On time ,great price, great warranty and friendly informative techs ! No waiting for parts! I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

  I've used American Comfort Solutions since March, 2012. They did a professional job installing two new systems in my home and even pointed out deficiencies and improved the original return air design for more effective cooling. John came out this week and did a detailed check of both systems as offered with their Club Plan. John is a skilled professional and used the latest test equipment for measuring performance of both of my systems. He is respectful of our home, wearing shoe covers whenever he is inside. Over the years, John and ACS have been honest and fair with me, and that integrity is important to me. I'm happy to give a 5 star rating to ACS because they've earned it.

  Jefferson greeted me with a smile and said how can I help you. Very knowledgeable at his craft which is a good feeling as a customer. Answered all my questions.
