  The staff is very helpful and the hours are much more accommodating than other other area stores. They also have an excellent supply of products for all types of pets.

  The store has a great selection with average pricing. They offer grooming and stations you can rent out to was your pet on your own. But what I gave the 5 stars for is the customer service. I called to ask about a very specific product and Kaitlyn answered. She knew exactly what I was talking about and was a joy to converse with. When we went to get what I needed, a young man greeted us and took is directly to the area. We stayed to look around and see what else they had. When finished we checked out and it was Kaitlyn again. She remembered the conversation and was just as sweet and pleasant to speak with in person. Friendliness, product knowledge, and great customer service will keep this place open for a good while.

  The service at Pet Supplies Plus is amazing. Each employee is very attentive and very informed about their products. They carry out food and litter to my car every time I come whether its heavy or not, they're just so considerate and kind. They are 5 stars every day.

  I love the free dog washing station. It's way better than trying to give my dog a bath at home. They also are very friendly and have all the food and treats I could need for my dog.
