First time I have ever been here. The store was packed. The line wrapped around the inside of the entire store. Everyone was so helpful. They had a Mothers Day sale of buy two charms and get either a necklace or a bracket for free. My oldest son had bought me my first charm and necklace 2 years ago for my birthday. They were my first pieces of James Avery. I just love them. The clasp broke on that necklace, so I am putting his charm on my new necklace. I will take the other necklace back for repair at a later time when they are not as busy.

The staff is very polite & courteous. The place is neat and beautiful. You can see all the beautiful items on display.

James Avery is my go to place for Sterling silver! I'm allergic to gold and I love that there is a business that is handcrafted at reasonable prices. I stopped by around 7pm and only two others were in line ahead of me. I know it can get rather busy at certain times yet I was in and out super quick. Welcoming staff all around!! I highly recommend this James Avery location!
