  Traditionally to have interaction with bank institutions is not something I enjoy, long lines or not good customer service. However, I must recognized the incredible experience I had with this institution, the team that is working there is fantastic, totally customer oriented, great facilities and of course, the right product for my needs.   I love this branch! I came in with my aunt and she opened an account with the manager. I was sitting in the lobby and was listening to the manager interact with my aunt and she has such a fun and bubbly personality, but also very professional. She treated my aunt so kind and asked her twice if she wanted any beverages, just to make sure. All of the staff were very pleasant as well and was very helpful. I will definitely come back to open an account here!!

  Have my personal and business accounts at the Katy Branch. Excellent customer service, knowledgeable and always making sure I am being taken care of when their. Brenda, the manager, is on top of her clients needs, and we are taken care of promptly.

  The people here at Amerant set the bar of excellence customer service very high. They treat you better than family (they remember your name). It is a breath of fresh air in today's impersonal world. I wish I found them sooner.
