  Dr. Koy was awesome and the nurse was so sweet! They were very quick and helpful! Will definitely go back the next time we need any medical attention!

  I took my 9 year old last week early on Tuesday morning. It was around 9am and no wait. Fairly quick process to sign in and get insurance situated. Everyone was so nice here from the moment we walked in to vital check and talking to the doc. Dr. Koy took the time to explain what was happening to myself and my son (both sick and both of us were taken care of at the same time). I’ve been to 2 other urgent cares here in Katy and this will be my go to for non emergency needs.

  Kathy in the office was extremely helpful in verifying my insurance coverage. Will definitely be visiting next time I am sick.

  I am so glad they are open and that I went here. The receptionist was very kind and helpful, and Dr Koy was also. Dr Koy was very thorough also and didn't rush anything, and took the time to make sure that not only was I taken care of, but that I also understood my follow up care and prescriptions. The pricing was extremely fair and not a bunch of hidden costs.5 out of 5 stars hands down. So glad this facility is so close to where I live, I will be back (as needed) without hesitation.

  The experience that I had with InstaHealth Urgent Care was phenomenal due to how attentive the staff were to my needs and treatment. Within the first ten minutes upon arriving for my emergency, I was able to see the doctor on call and be able to describe my reason for coming. The staff worked quickly to identify and give me treatment for the problems I had which were able to go away right after receiving treatment.
