(May 10, 2019, 10:22 am)We have not made it to our first appointment just yet, but I wanted to go ahead and leave a review on the experience with the staff . Taylor is so kind she has been so helpful and understanding. The kindness she has shown just in the few times iv'e spoken with her means so much to me! She has no clue as to what we have been through and her kindness has been so comforting!! Thank You Taylor! We have had some confusions with our insurance etc (Not their fault), but Gloria has went above and answered questions that Iv'e had, and has told me what direction to go. She has been so helpful and kind as well. I just want to say how much i truly appreciate these two ladies!! We have not been seen here just yet, but these two ladies has already represented this office well.

Dr Doan is very thorough in his approach and never rushes you while you are in an appointment. Our family feels very blessed to have been given a referral to this particular doctor!
