FS Mixed Martial Arts & Fitness

This place is great for large families ranging from 5 and up. My family of 6 joined about 3 or so months ago and we ALL love it, and with the great discounts you get my pocket book loves it, too.

Just relocated to Katy. Lucked out and Found this gem of a studio. Tried out a kickboxing session and it definitely got my heart pumping. They offer servicers for kids and adults. No nonsense workouts. You get out what you put in. Very respectful of rules while on the matt and I really liked that.

Tien and the team were absolutely amazing. I just completed my first class and I cant speak highly enough about how welcoming everyone was. I was nervous coming into my first day but I instantly felt like part of the team. The workout was intense but exactly what you need if you are looking to train and get results! I look forward to spending more time at FS and training with the amazing team there!

I came to try out the free Kickboxing and Jiujutsu class they offer, It was great! It was my first time doing any type of MMA, they were very patient and at the same time pushing you to keep going, Overall great vibes and super awesome people! Cant wait to try again!

FS Mixed Martial Arts has helped me realize I have a lot of strength. I consider myself an active person and do cardio and some weight lifting, however since I joined the kickboxing classes I have felt mentally and physically stronger. Coach Tien pushes you in every class. Everyone that attends the classes are also very friendly and always willing to help. I am happy I found this place near by. It has also helped tremendously with my stress and anxiety !
