Truly great! I've never felt rushed during any of my sessions, even if they go over the allotted time, and I have no problem opening up and talking to him. He has a wonderful way with words and has given me so many incredible techniques that have helped me with my anxiety and depression and overall mental well-being. Would recommend to anyone!
