(July 16, 2019, 3:28 pm)Dr. Allen takes the time to know his patients to get give a complete diagnosis. Great bedside manner, caring and compassionate. I had sinus issues for years and to come to AENT Katy and find Dr. Allen has been a god send. From the front desk, to his wonderful nurses. I feel at home. I had a CT in the office and from there we found out a solution to my problem. As Dr. Allen is going into detail about the surgery and the approach he will be taken, he is very informative. My surgery day arrived and was greeted by Dr. Allen and discharged with Dr. Allen. The next day his nurse, Lesley called to checked up on me and gave me very helpful tips and recommendations for a better and fast recovery. My post-op went so smooth due to the helpful tips his nurse made sure that I understood. 4 months later, quality of life is so much better and only see him every month just to make sure things are going well. Thank you Dr. Allen and Lesley and staff for making this experience a great one and one of my favorite places. Highly recommended!

From the paperwork being electric to everyone being super nice and very knowledgeable! Dr. Saunders was amazing! Very great experience!

(April 29, 2019, 3:06 pm)I was so pleased when I found Dr. Allen for my mother. His nurses, Leslie and Josie are always friendly and phone messages are returned promptly. Dr. Allen is personable, listens to his patients, and is a skillful surgeon. My Mother had in office nasal surgery and the whole time his nurse Leslie made sure that she was OK, checked on her every minute she could, even helped her to the car. She called me the day after procedure to make sure everything was going well and it was a great feeling that she didn't feel like a number or "another surgery" to them. Great doctor, Great staff, Great location. Highly recommend Dr. Allen.
