(March 29, 2019, 4:02 pm)My Mom has lived at Sterling Oaks for the past two years. They have been absolutely wonderful! It has been a roller coaster ride with my Mom, physically. But they have been so loving and caring. Soni, who is in charge of their medical care, has been amazing! The staff has been very compassionate and kind through all of the ups and downs. My dad lived there for just three months before he passed away in May 2017. They could not have been more loving and caring to my mom and our whole family during a very difficult time. Our family is there all the time and at various times throughout the day & night. The entire staff, daily care, nursing, physical therapy, activities, business, etc.-everyone has been wonderful! I would highly recommend Sterling Oaks for both long-term and rehabilitation to any of your loved ones!

(January 6, 2019, 6:10 pm)I cannot day enough wonderful things about Sterling Oaks. Our mother came here from another nursing facility after the Harvey flood. Everyone here has been caring, supportive, considerate, kind and professional. This includes all of the nursing staff, administrative personnel, physicians, nurse practitioners, social worker, the rehab therapists and environmental services , to name a few. Our mother’s level of care had to change recently due to a recent surgery and Sterling Oaks accommodated all her needs and more. We are confident our mother is receiving the best care possible at Sterling Oaks. The care here is outstanding and we would not want her any place but here!
