  After moving to the Katy area, I tried a few other CVS's near my home and was left disappointed with bad customer service, poor communication concerning prescription status and they never seemed to have my prescriptions in stock.
  I drive ~45 mins round trip to the S. Mason Rd store, mainly for pharmacy customer service! RPh Chu and her staff are caring, always notify me if there is an issue with a prescription (even after they've sorted it), and always offer/find a solution BEFORE they notify me.
  I've never had a phone call from the pharmacy staff stating they were unable or unwilling to help. No matter how busy they get, I haven't had anyone be rude, curt, or short with me. They never seem annoyed or run around completely stressed out and will always take time to counsel patients with questions or concerns.
  This is definitely a busy pharmacy, and I believe they are in desperate need of additional staff. Phone wait times can be long, but it can't be helped with 1 RPh & 1 tech/staff member behind the counter while there are 5 people waiting in store, another 10 in the drive up lane and the phone ringing off the hook.

  The front store employees are very kind and helpful. All my questions were answered. The employees in the pharmacy look like they need more help.

  The staff is very helpful and friendly. This is my favorite CVS STORE, I strongly recommend it. I also want to thank Erick, Enrique and Bobby for their good customer service!!!

  I have to get refills for my prescription once or twice a year and it is usually a little difficult. Last year and this year I have gone to three different CVS locations trying unsuccessfully to get a refill before going to the location on South Mason Rd. The pharmacy techs there are always very helpful, calm, kind, and professional. They are well-stocked and they are able to order my prescription and it arrive the next day when they are out of stock. They have helped me by giving me information on keeping my prescriptions current and helped a lot with refills. They double-check everything. Thank you for making getting refills easier!
