As a young woman, I often times feel intimidated by getting my oil changed because I don’t have as much car knowledge as other people. I never once felt like they were trying to up-charge or sell me unnecessary things. I felt completely safe and comfortable there. My technician was Bryan and he was extremely friendly and helpful.

(March 16, 2019, 5:30 pm)Amazing customer service. I went to Discount Tire by Mason road and I10 to get four new tires put on my vehicle as well as balanced. Spent 2 hours waiting for this to be done. After which, as I driving steering wheel was shaking. Took it back to Discount Tire to get tires checked. They balanced the tires again. Took another hour. Again had issues with my tires shaking again. 35 minutes later I take my car to this fine establishment, come to find out the balancing I just got at Discount, come to find out all four of my tires were still off. One by a whole 3 oz. Thanks to the fine folks here, now my tires shake anymore.

(March 15, 2019, 1:06 pm)Everyone is very friendly and very informative while servicing your car. I worked with Mr. Bryan who was also very inviting and professional. I went in for an oil change but found I needed an air filter replacement and liked being showed the actual part before even making a decision.
In fact, once we concluded what I opted to replace in addition to completing my oil change, part of the service was checking all of the car's accessories (lights, blinkers, etc.) and it was all done with my not having to leave my car. My windshield was cleaned and I received an entire report of information on how my car is fairing, with informative recommendations regarding two particular aspects of my car Mr. Brian suggested coming back for whenever I'm ready.
Also, since it was my first time there they took $5.00 off my service.
An absolute must when choosing where to take your vehicle for service. -

(March 13, 2019, 1:19 pm)Great service! We were greeted before we even got out of the car and the customer service was excellent. Drove in from Idaho and had to head back a couple days later. Josh and mike did a full inspection on the truck and got it done faster than expected. Overall a great experience. Thanks again guys!

(February 15, 2019, 3:34 pm)I just received amazing service here from the mechanic Jacob. Everyone and everything gave a welcoming and professional feeling. You get to stay in your vehicle while you get your oil changed and they check everything with you. It was very fast and greatly priced. I dearly appreciate it and will definitely be coming back for all my auto care needs.
