(December 22, 2018, 10:33 pm)I have a new PCP and this is facility is near the house, my was it would be busy and a long wait. Not true at all all three visits were there ten to fifteen minutes and was called in back for the lab work. The ladies were nice and helpful. I did witness an act of kindness when a elderly patient was needing help signing in and a worker stopped her routine and stayed with the patient until registered and seated. Extra mile I smiled.
(October 26, 2018, 3:42 pm)I went with my mom to check for some results that the doctor didn't get and Donna Bell from Quest Diagnostics was so helpful from the beginning. She called to the results line to make sure we receive the results right away. She was so sweet the whole time we were with her, even though when I was feeling frustrating about this situation, she was calmed and have patience and made us feel comfortable. She is awesome and I hope everybody have a great experience with Quest Diagnostics as we had with Donna Bell. Good job and keep doing a great work!
(September 5, 2018, 10:03 am)I was a walk in and was seen within 30mins. The girls there are beyond sweet and caring. 10/10 would let them play vampire on me again.
(March 20, 2018, 2:21 pm)I took my 15 month old daughter for blood work (after horrible horrible experiences at the Texas children's west campus) and it was great. Everyone was super friendly, we didn't have an appointment and didn't have to wait. Mrs. Dee is awesome, she was great with my daughter. Thank you!
