Brooke has created an environment that encourages all fitness levels to show up, work, improve and reach new goals.If you have the opportunity to visit and/or join this box I strongly urge you to do so. Rather you’re looking to start your fitness journey or a former D1 athlete, you will benefit from what GonZstrong has to offer!

The community at GonzStrong was equally welcoming!
Great energy, equipment, and egos left at the door.
Brooke gave pointers and coached during the WOD.
It was a no judgement zone and I would definitely return when back in Katy.

(August 23, 2018, 5:34 pm)I love this place!! I feel the best I ever have. I can tell I am getting stronger and more in shape after every session. The environment is the absolute best, the instructors push you super hard and everyone there is always supportive and motivating!! It has completely changed my attitude towards working out. 11/10 would recommend coming here.

(June 24, 2018, 7:19 pm)This is the best box I’ve been to!! I was in Houston for a week for work and picked this gym because of the week free trial (perfect for my week long trip). I was blown away by how welcoming both the coaches and the athletes were. Folks offered to pair up for warmup lifts, some seasoned athletes offered pointers, and the coaches were super upbeat and involved in the class. I was originally drawn to CrossFit as a military member because of the team atmosphere, but CrossFit GonZstronG went way above and beyond that- cheering for each other and just a really positive vibe from everyone. I went to several different class times and had four different coaches throughout the week. Everyone was awesome! Thank you for letting me sweat with you!
