  This is My Go To Place. I have been eating at this chain all my life. I first started with their sister chain Eastern Chinese near Oak Forest Area. Then to see some of the people that worked there work here At Chang's. They are friendly and always know me when I call in my order. I am a huge fan. I agree they could do things like substitute items and work on the fried rice they serve. It is not as good as the special fried rice boxes. Over all I do love this place

  Never disappointed here. Consistently great food and good service. Plus very fairly priced.

  Love their dinner special. The choice of dinners offered for the special price is limited but the price is the best around. Their egg rolls are a generous size and are crisp on the outside and very delicious. I like their hot and sour soup a lot. It is better than all but one other Chinese restaurant that I have tried in Houston. Their steamed rice is usually rather sticky but still good and their chicken fried rice is excellent. Service has always been excellent as well.

  Food was great. The service was quick, but not just extremely friendly. The waitress did her job, but I felt as if she was waiting for us to leave. It was slow, only two tables in the place so perhaps she didn't have anything to do but sit in the dining room and watch. A little unnerving, but not bad enough to keep me from returning when I'm in Katy again or from recommending it to others. Generous portions at a good price.
