  Drew is AMAZING!!!! He does fantastic work, has a great attitude and makes each customer feel comfortable and important. I wouldn't recommend anywhere else for a tattoo! Thanks Drew for the amazing artwork!

  Drew is experienced, friendly and professional. The environment is clean. The artists are amazing. My tattoo came out excellent, I would highly recommend this place.

  Owner was helpful in getting the design we wanted exactly right. Courteous and very good and a very clean tattoo shop. Highly recommend Drew.

  Had an issue with a new navel piercing done at another shop that would not offer assistance, so I headed to firebird for a second opinion. The lady (not sure I caught her name!) who helped me out was super helpful and quick to identify the issue without me even needing to explain my concerns. She charged me a reasonable fee to switch the jewelry out and made sure I was informed on how to care for it. Definitely plan to return for any future needs. Thanks!!
