(January 26, 2019, 10:44 am)I just started working here. So far, so good. Will post more when I can get more experience with the company. Everyone is extremely helpful so far and lots of staff to help with everything you have a question or problem with. I do not agree with some of the policies concerning drivers. I cannot access my escrow that I pay out for my truck. If I need emergency funds to fix my truck, I can get a high interest loan through the company though. But my escrow is kept to pay the loan back to the company if I quit before paying. There is an easy solution to this! Need to revisit some hiring policies also. 3 weeks to get on board is way too long. Then 3 weeks to get your first check. That's 6 weeks before a full paycheck if you get a full week in. You could be like me and only have a 3 day check coming in week 6.!!
