  The staff in this hotel are amazing!! From the front desk to the cleaning staff. The location is a perfect meeting place for me and a friend so we frequent it often. It’s also minutes to the Beltway which will take you in any direction you want to go. Just one note... the whirlpool tub didn’t work and there was only enough hot water for half of the tub. The room was an upgrade so I’m definitely not complaining but it is something that needs attention.

  Room was comfortable and clean. Loved the nice lady at the front desk. Super friendly and hospitable!

  I stayed here for 4 nights for a business trip. I was working at an event at the Pasadena Convention Center. It was a straight shot to the convention center, and only took about 10 minutes. The staff was very polite. There was a mixup with my credit card and they handled it quickly and easily. The breakfast is what you’d expect with biscuits and gravy, bacon, sausage, cereal, pastries, coffee, and juice. Simple. Hot. Filling. The decor appears to under renovation. The chandelier in the lobby rivals any 5-Star hotel. My bathroom had a few obvious things in some state of repair, but nothing that bothered me. I found the frosted exterior window a bit odd, but it definitely guaranteed my privacy.

  We stayed three nights and barely left our room. Super pleased with the whole experience. The room was perfect and I can't say enough great things about the staff. We felt like family and everyone was so accommodating. Breakfast was wonderful, we will definitely be coming back for another staycation. Thank you!
