I've been a customer for years. The drive through is very slow, but I'm not lazy so I go inside every time. When I come out the first car in line is still there. The only reason for 4 stars. They know me by name and car so I never have to wait.

I've been coming here for years. Always been treated nice and have never had a problem with them. I get all my shirts in an excellent condition. Although, there are times when the buttons brake in half. Now keep in mind that these are the same shirts that go through the same process in dry cleaning, so is understandable when they crack or brake in half. As far as I know they don't use water (someone commented that they used water) they use a powder (a carcinogen substance) that gets removed by air or something like that. Also, I have never waited in line more than 5 minutes when I go inside... Even though drive through is faster I prefer to walk inside.
