  Wow! I am amazed as to how incredible the customer service is at the Target Optical store. I looked all over for the best frames that I could find and decided on a pair of Ray Ban frames from Target. The staff was great and told me I would have the glasses within 14 days. They arrived in 4 days! I had to have the glasses adjusted quite a few times because the fit just didn’t work well with my face. I know I was that annoying customer that came in needing something over and over but never once did the staff make me feel unwelcome.
  
  The store ended up taking care of the issue with my glasses and went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied. I seriously thought I was just out of luck but the store manager Tisa and staff turned that all around for me. I am so happy that I made the choice to purchase from Target. The frames they offer are great but the fact that the staff goes out of their way to make sure they are doing all that they can to make the customer happy, speaks volumes to me. Thank you Tisa so much for your help and a very big shout out to Veronica who always took care of me as well. Y’all are awesome!

  Dr. Vo - Is Awesome. I have been going here and taking my children for years. She is honest, polite and just real down to earth. Couldn't ask for a more caring Eye Doctor.

  Doctor voe is the most caring doctor in the world. She has helped me and my family in many emergencys. I recommend her.
