  Was referred by my niece because of how professional everyone is and how satisfied she was with the overall service. I went this morning and experienced the exact same! Everyone was super attentive, kind and professional. Very knowledgeable and took time to explain concerns they had, but not pushy. Thank you guys!

  I’ve been getting my oil changed at the Pasadena location on Fairmont since they opened and it’s always a 5 star experience. Yesterday was no exception. They always offer water and fruit snacks if my kids are with me. The wait is never long. I never feel pressured into buying additional services or air filters like I have at other places. I’ll definitely continue getting my oil changed at Take 5.

  I went for a vehicle inspection. They were fast and efficient. Good job! Trish, the manager came to see how everything was going. She was very polite and curtious as was everyone. I'll go back

  I recently became single and my ex always took care of the maintenance on the vehicles. My Dodge Journey R/T’s oil changes are no longer covered under the warranty as of 2K miles ago. I am on a pretty tight budget, but I needed an oil change, inspection, air filter and cabin air filter. The entire team was amazing like they really cared. I was greeted by a red headed young man who assessed my needs. I was guided in by a nice guy with one of those trending beards. Two young ladies walked me through the inspection and they were so sweet and informative. The young guys changing my oil were the ones that found a coupon for me. They all smiled and said hello and even gave me a free water. I think the one changing my oil may have been a supervisor. I can’t remember all there names, but I could not believe how well they took care of me. I knew I would be off safer driving to Deer Park from Houston where I live, but I didn’t expect to have my hand held through the entire visit. I am amazed I didn’t get a hug. It was like family. Thank you to all the kids that helped me Saturday. I will definitely pay it forward.

  Great experience! I loved how transparent they were about everything they were doing to the car. They even showed me the dip stick to confirm that they topped off my oil. Service was quick, affordable and accommodating. Upon arrival and before leaving, they asked me if I wanted water. Such a small gesture, but a testament to their great customer service. Highly recommend.
