  I was so pleased with the company as a whole! A friend of mine highly recommended them and now I know why. Everyone was very professional. Nick was so helpful in explaining my options in selecting a furnace. The crew who came to work finished before the estimated time given. They worked hard and had everything cleaned up before leaving. The office staff was so courteous as they kept me informed on arrival times. I am truly impressed with this company! If you're looking for great service with a smile, you can't beat Miles!!!

  Called mid morning, fan motor was not working. E.J. said let me see. She called back later to say Mike was on his way. He looked at the unit and said it needed a new motor, but would have to order. Back the next day with a new motor. Mike Taylor is AMAZING!!. Miles Service is fast, efficient and extremely helpful. The guys are always nice. I am not sure of the name of the other guy that came back with him, but want to thank him too. They get along with my dogs, too. GREAT COMPANY!!

  For a number of years, we have had Miles Service install and maintain both heating and air conditioning functions for us. Mike Taylor and the entire service staff, from office to our attic, have been prompt, efficient, honest, and friendly. I would not consider any other company at this point.

  The staff at Miles A/C are very professional, knowledgeable, and personable every time I have had them out.
  Quick response , on time, and did not short cut the visit. This applies to every time they have been out.

  I could not be happier with Daniel & others with Miles Service . In today's case as usual, Daniel was polite, fastidious, obviously loves his company & knows his job. This company gives the best service of any A/C company in the state. Daniel makes a special effort to see that the customer is happy with their products, people, & their outstanding service. I would & do recommend this company to everyone.
