  I had the pleasure working out here for a short period of time, this is a fantastic Crossfit gym! Chris is awesome, very helpful and willing to go above and beyond. I spoke to a couple of trainer and they were amazing as well. Definitely reccomend this place if you wanna workout and have fun at the same time. Great vibes! Thanks guys ????

  This gym has very very good coaches that are very focused on technique and mobility. This is the place to go if you are a beginner and want to learn how to do all the movements properly while also getting a hard workout in. A very good mix of beginner to advanced athletes so you will never feel intimidated. Happy this place exists!

  I highly recommend this gym and their amazing services all through. Powerful equipment and great coaches!

  Dropped in during a local emergency management workshop and was treated like a regular with friendly staff and crew alike! The facility is spacious and has no lack of barbells or well maintained equipment, this would be my go-to if I were a local. I also loved that it was clearly ALL skill levels. Nobody feels left out, or that their fitness goals aren’t being attended to. If you’re considering a Cross Fit Gym, this is a good one!

  I love this place. The vibe and the space is outstanding. There is a really good culture and very welcoming. I travel in from out of town pretty regularly and this place has become "my box." I have been to around 35 different CF gyms over the last few years and this is one of the ones that I think of as mine. Thanks Chris and coaches and members for the good training sessions and getting to be a member of the community!
