  Very friendly staff well organized clean and 0 smells considering there are animals everywhere. The associate immediately offered help and took me to the aisle I was seeking without bombarding me with details and trying to up sell.

  Friendly and helpful staff. Inventory covered everything we needed for a new pup. No complaints.

  This is a good place to take your pup when he’s been a good boy. Let him pick out a toy. If you’ve run out of something they usually have it. They carry the low end to high end stuff. I have a Standard Poodle in Show coat and they don’t have a lot of things like hair bands or wraps but they have brushes and sprays.
  I can take him down the aisle and he likes picking out a toy or sometimes he’ll grab a chew or a treat. He enjoys saying hi to the other dogs.
  The grooming salon has some great gals. If you need bird or fish supply the sales associates are usually pretty intelligent. The best associate is gone. She was amazing with the fish, knew everything about the water ph, could diagnose the fish behavior or reptile stuff. Every once in awhile they’ll get a great employee and they don’t seem to try to hold on to them? It’s unfortunate for their customers and bad business. Hope they know what they’re doing.
  Brittani in Pasadena is an amazing groomer! She’s a dog whisperer!
  I don’t use the dog hotel anymore. I don’t feel comfortable. Trust me. I’ve had an injury and an illness. I know things!
  They stock quality dog food and they usually are very helpful in helping to choose a dog food. Just make sure you’re speaking to an associate and not a dog food rep!
  The vet clinic will usually answer questions about medication inside the store as well.
  Great place for help with your pets!

  Staff is always friendly and helpful! As for the products, make sure to read product reviews online before purchasing. There are a lot of dog toys that are overpriced with low reviews, and may not be a fit for your dog, despite the packaging.

  I've been coming here for a long time, and I've always gotten excellent service. I usually stick to the aquatic section, but do visit the other departments often enough to k ow that they're just as competent. All employees are knowledgeable about their departments and very willing to help. All animal enclosures are well kept and all animals are healthy. All in all, one of the best chain pet stores I've ever seen. Keep up the great work!
