(January 2, 2019, 7:50 pm)Just open January 1st 2019. Had to stop in and have a large bowl of pho. The broth is amazing and a generous portion of beef to go with it. The grilled pork springs were very good and rolled fresh. The peanut sauce was warm just the way I like it and on the spicy side. The avocado smoothie with tapioca was also delicious. I will definitely be coming back for more.
