Dr. Eberle is a consummate professional. She is very thorough and seems like a caring doctor. If you are looking for a warm and fuzzy doctor, keep looking. However, if you are looking for a thorough and skilled neurologist, make an appointment with Dr. Eberle.
After reading some of the previous reviews I was a little skeptical about having my EMG with Dr. Eberle. However, she quickly put my anxiety to rest, and I found her to be both personable, and professional. I would highly recommend the HNI Doctors, and staff to anyone having neurological issues.
Dr eberle was very helpful. I was looking for a new neurologist and found her. She listened to what I had to say and give feedback. Explained everything to me. Give me different options and left it up to me to pick. The office atmosphere was good. Even was able to turn off the lights in the room due to a headache and she had to problem with it. Was told we can do this in the dark. Her attitude is uplifting and helpful.
Dr. Eberle was recommended by my PCP. I later saw all these 1 star reviews and called my PCP's office and they said they send all their neurology referrals to her. So I told them I'll give her a chance. Sure enough, she was great. She spent at least 30 minutes with me and at the end I asked her about the bad reviews. She said people that are dissatisfied are much more likely to write a review (I think we can all agree on that). And she gave me some examples of dissatisfied patients. The one I remember was a patient with an untreatable condition who was upset to find this out. That's hardly the doctor's fault.
So the moral is there are two sides to every story and you shouldn't hesitate to see Dr. Eberle. Oh, and it takes a month to get an appointment which wouldn't be the case if she were truly a one star.
