Mr. Jerry not only helped me locate what parts I needed, but also stayed after hours for me to pick them up on a Friday so I could make sure my machines were up and running for the weekend rush. The company has knowledgable, reliable, and curteous techs that are timely and respectful. DLS is the only company I entrust with the repair and installation of all my laundry equipment. They are willing to stay late and make sure the job is done right the first time without fail. Danny himself has been to my location multiple times to assist me in the servicing and planning of my newest equipment. They handle it all from the old school mechanical timed machines to the newer computer controlled ones. I was quite lost for a while when it came to the newer machines but with Mr. Jerry instructions and patience, I was able to program them to suit my needs.”

“I called on Monday to see if they had an appointment available on Wednesday and the girl that answered gladly set me up an appointment for what time I needed . Upon arriving tonight Daniel greeted me by name and just made me feel welcomed . After I was helped by the young lady who I’m sorry didn’t catch her name , was super sweet and great with conversation . She helped me get taken care of and ready for the doctor . The doctor who assisted spoke with me until we got the best prescription for me . I was sent out to the main area to look at glasses . Daniel was there to greet me once again and assisted to to find the perfect pair of glasses for me. He has helped me prior with all of my family, hubby , kids and myself !
